I don't know, I personally have 100% zero desire to be sexualised. Why would I want to be desired by someone I'm not attracted to? But I do like to wear makeup to work. I have acne scars which is just a blemish to cover so I look professional. I think wearing makeup makes me easier to look at. But I wouldn't wear it at all if I didn't have scars.
On another note, women aren't responsible for the reaction people have to their appearance. It's still that persons reaction and their responsibility. Happy for these points to be tested or proven wrong. It's just a thesis.
